Project Background
The project was funded by the Counterpart International (ASP) and supported 15 women’s rights activists form 2 district (1-6) of Kabul province to reduce the impact of ban on women and girls, through provision of training on Advocacy, networking, and women’s rights and SPSS session capacity building and provision – (mental health and wellbeing) supporting Afghan women and girls especially who is impacted by the ban for obtaining education and work under this project provided 15 women and girls with psychosocial training courses to help women develop emotional, psychological, and social resilience and well-being. Theproject also provided them with financial support 8 women employee’s required facilities to continue working with TWEDO and to reduce impact of the ban on women’s work and education also supported a group of 15 women rights activist to improve their resilience through provision of Psychosocial and financial support -30 USD-per month for their communication and participation face to face in virtual training session for 5 months , also will proved small iPad or smartphone to 15 women to fully participate in planed session accordingly the 15 women and girls who is being trained under this project mobilized 100 women in their districts village and registered them as community learning centers member where the women in district 6 meetings once a week with 50 women individually and providing them with consultation on how to overcome from stress and depressions, through sharing experiences of the group with them on continues advocacy to improve women’s participation and leadership

Objectives:
To establish a network for Protection and promotion of women’s rights and their leadership To improve mental wellbeing and technical capacity of 15 individual women affected by the uncertain restrictions. To improve financial /technical capacity of the organization employees and its operations
